By placing an order with Milk Shake LLC (“Milk Shake”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for products which are sold on the Site (“Products”), you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully. If you are unhappy with any aspect, please contact our customer service before placing an order.

We may update these T&Cs occasionally. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your contract with us.

This Site is owned and operated by Milk Shake LLC, registered at 18A, Road 11, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. Company No: 128178, VAT: 001_5_01503_189_00_00. These T&Cs apply to use of the Site, the services, and product purchases.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must register with accurate, up-to-date information. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and belong to you.

3. PRICING POLICY

Prices include VAT and exclude delivery. Orders are accepted only if no material pricing or description errors exist.

4. AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

5. ORDERING PROCESS

  1. Add products to your cart.

  2. Choose gift options if needed.

  3. Enter shipping and billing details.

  4. Accept the T&Cs.

  5. Review and submit your order.

Note: BOGO and Free Gift offers can’t be combined in one order.

6. ORDERING ERRORS

You can fix errors until clicking “Submit Order”. Returns may incur double shipping if not justified.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You’ll receive an email confirmation. The contract starts when we dispatch the order.

8. DELIVERY (Egypt only)

  • Cairo: 65 LE

  • Alexandria: 75 LE

  • Other cities: 110 LE

  • Delivery within 2–7 working days

9. PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Ownership of goods passes to you upon full payment.

10. CANCELLATIONS

11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return within 7 working days to:
Milk Shake LLC, 18A Road 11, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

12. SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items have been at full price for at least 28 days before discount.

  • Packaging might appear slightly worn.

  • No gift wrapping.

  • Orders confirmed only upon dispatch.

13. LIABILITY

We are responsible only for foreseeable losses caused by us.
Products are for personal use only. No liability for commercial losses.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law and courts.

في حدود ما تسمح به القوانين المطبقة، لا تكون ميلك شيك ولا موظفيها ولا مديريها مسؤولين أمام أي مستخدم عن أي خسائر في الأرباح أو الدخل أو أي أضرار تبعية أو عارضة أو غير مباشرة أو خاصة أو تأديبية تنشأ عن أو تتعلق باستخدام الموقع أو محتوياته.

17. WARRANTY (BY BRANDS/SELLERS)

Warranty is provided by the manufacturer or authorized service providers. Milk Shake is not responsible for repair delays or quality.

18. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT (UGC)

By giving Milk Shake permission to use your content (images, videos, etc.), you:

  • Grant us royalty-free, global rights to use content for marketing.

  • Affirm you’re 18+, own the rights, and nothing is illegal or defamatory.

  • Can cancel permission anytime by emailing info@milkshake.com
